Interior Architecture

Full renovations from survey to handover. Walls move; the light stays.

Full renovations from 120 m². Planning consent handled in-house.

Furniture & Joinery

Built-in pieces drawn at full scale and made by workshops we trust.

Bespoke joinery from six pieces. Shop drawings and prototypes included.

Material Curation

Stone, timber and textile sourced at origin, held together in one board.

Sourcing at origin. Physical sample boards delivered within three weeks.

Lighting Design

Daylight first. Fixtures fill in only after the sun has done its work.

Daylight study per room. Circuit and dimming schedules issued.

Project Direction

One contact, one schedule, weekly site reports until the keys turn.

Weekly site visits. One cost plan and one programme, kept current.

Process

Four steps, one direction.

The order never changes. What we learn in one step becomes the brief for the next.

Survey

We measure the rooms, then the light. A day on site with a laser level and a lux meter tells us more than any brief.

Material Study

The board comes first: oak, lime plaster, travertine, linen. Nothing enters the drawings that has not sat on the table.

Drawings

Plans, sections and full-scale joinery details. Every threshold is drawn before it is priced.

Delivery

One schedule, weekly site reports, a final week of placing and adjusting. We hand over rooms, not files.
